This application is the service platform of the medical and public health services via smartphones for public users which emphasize on self-care. This system can display medical information and has a health station function that can record and track health data. Moreover, this system is used for recording daily activities including step count, heart rate and sleep time from the health application and receiving news from the family doctor clinic. There is a channel for emergency assistance by sending the position to the staff of the family doctor clinic and calling to emergency call 1669 automatically. Users can also communicate to the staff of the family doctor clinic.
